Products
We sell natural crystals and mineral specimens. Because these are natural materials, each piece is unique — size, colour, pattern, and inclusions vary, and product photos are representative rather than exact. Weights and dimensions, where given, are approximate.
Crystals are sold as decorative and collectible objects. Any traditional, metaphysical, or spiritual properties described are presented for interest and enjoyment only. Nothing we sell is a medical device or treatment, and nothing on this site is medical advice. Please consult a qualified professional for health concerns.
Complimentary gifts
Orders that reach certain spend thresholds include free thank-you items (for example a handwritten note, new branded apparel, an instant photo, or a short personalized video message). These are promotional inclusions with no cash value, are not sold separately, and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit. We may substitute an item of similar value, or change or withdraw the programme at any time. Personalized items are produced to order — see the Refund Policy.
Orders and pricing
- All prices are in US dollars and exclude any applicable taxes or duties.
- Your order is an offer to buy; a contract forms when we accept it and dispatch your items.
- Stock is limited and often one-of-a-kind. If an item sells out after you order, we'll contact you and refund that item in full.
- We may decline or cancel an order — including for pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, or delivery outside the areas we serve — and will refund you in full if we do.
Payment
Payments are processed by our payment provider. We never receive or store your full card details. You confirm you are authorised to use the payment method you provide.
Shipping and returns
All sales are final. We don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, but we always replace or refund orders that arrive damaged, are incorrect, or don't arrive. Shipping timeframes and the full details are in our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the site — no attempting to breach or probe its security, scraping it at scale, interfering with other users, or using it for anything unlawful.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, photography, branding, and design — belongs to thecrystalbaddie or its licensors. You may not reproduce or redistribute it commercially without written permission. Any personalized item we create for you is for your personal use; please don't republish it commercially.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited, and none of this affects your statutory consumer rights.
Changes
We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published here when you order. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which thecrystalbaddie operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
